The tariff is intended as an indication of the services only, we can offer but we are always pleased to quote for the individual requirements of our customers.
The time and distance shown against the Sightseeing and Touring Rates is the maximum included in the prices. Additional time or distance will be charged at our Standard Rate.

| CONDITIONS OF HIRE
The company cannot accept responsibility for delays however caused. No person other than the Company's Driver is permitted to drive the Company's Cars. The Company's Drivers and Cars are fully insured, including full responsibility for passenger cover.
The Company's Chauffeur will, unless specifically instructed by the client , travel by the route which is in his opinion the most appropriate for the day.
TERMS OF HIRE
Parking, toll and entrance fees, hotel costs and ferry charges will be added, where incurred.
**The Touring Rate excludes the Chauffeur's overnight allowance of £70.
Charges are calculated from our office and back to our office.
Car park fees & meter charges and any entrance fees are extra to our charges.
A meal allowance of 5.50 pounds for each 5 hours is made for the chauffeur.
A chauffeur's gratuity of 10% will be added to all bills unless otherwise instructed.
Gratuities are not included and are at your discretion: whilst always appreciated, they are never expected.
PUBLIC HOLIDAYS
A surcharge of 50% may be applied for services on Christmas Eve, New Year's Eve and all Bank and Public Holidays.
